Please help us document what we wear
How we consume fashion is a mess. We buy too much, yet crave more, and can't find a thing to wear. We want it cheap which means exploiting workers and hurting the Earth.
The Closet Audit is the sister of Refashioner, a site to trade our clothes & tell their stories. But reselling can't change the big picture on its own.
What exactly is that picture? Believe it or not:
there is practically no researcH on what's in our closets
This is your invitation to help us compile data and start changing the big picture:
To buy carefully, value what we own, tend it well, pass it on, share it & love it
